ANNOUNCING DONUTS & DINGERS - Featuring the HIT-A-THON!

Get ready for the 2026 LYB Hit-A-Thon, our biggest and most important fundraiser of the year! Our goal is to rally the community to raise $30,000 to directly support the operations that make our baseball season possible from the ground up. 

We're celebrating this massive effort with a "Donuts and Dingers" event on May 16. This high-energy morning will be a community celebration for our Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, and AA teams, complete with special guest Dillon T Pickle.  See below for separate dates for AAA and Majors players.

Making a donation and sharing your campaign is simple and secure using our third-party platform, 99Pledges.

• Access Your Page: Every LYB player has a personalized fundraising page. Share your unique link with friends and family via text, email, or social media
• Monitor Progress: Track donations as they come in and view the league-wide leaderboard

• The first team to achieve 100% player participation wins Topps baseball cards for every player
• Tee Ball players: The first 10 to reach $50 are entered into a raffle for a Rawlings Clout Tee Ball bat
• AAA and Majors players:
  • The first 20 to raise $50 are entered into a raffle for Nike batting gloves (four winners)
  • The first 10 to raise $100 are entered into a raffle for a 2026 Easton MAV1 Flash -11 bat (one winner)
    
    

Top League and Team Prizes (Announced May 17):

Check the 99Pledges leaderboard to see who is in the lead and keep an eye out for more prizes announced.

• Team Honors: The top three fundraising teams across the league will celebrate with a team pizza party
• Individual Honors: The top fundraiser on every team will receive a personalized LYB hat embroidered with their name
• Top League Fundraisers will compete for:
  • Signed MLB memorabilia 
  • A trip to Bashors with a $300 gift card for new equipment
  • Free Spring 2027 LYB Registration

Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, and AA

• The Action: Each player gets a chance to take swings at the plate while their teammates field
• Special Guest: Cheer along with Dillon T Pickle!
• Donuts, of course! Enjoy complimentary donuts donated by LYB sponsors!
• What to Bring: Wear uniforms and bring bats and gloves
• Schedule: Each team is assigned a 30-minute hitting slot at Robert Gray Middle School (see below). AA teams should also check Game Changer for afternoon game details

AAA and Majors

• AAA Teams will hold their Hit A Thon on Sunday, May 17
• Majors Teams will conduct their event at an upcoming joint Thursday practice
